Luna Belt_a new way to support breathing
Luna Belt is an advanced portable intra-abdominal ventilator designed for respiratory assistance. It supports all conventional interfaces (mask, mouthpiece) and the PBAir® interface using IAPV mode. With a 3.5-inch display, Luna Belt offers an easy-to-use interface for setting up a wide range of ventilation modes to meet different patient needs and features a rechargeable battery for maximum portability.
On February 10, 2026, we delivered the device to a patient with neurodegenerative muscle disease to partially replace the nasal mask for home therapy.
The patient experienced immediate relief thanks to the mechanical pressure of the belt, such as reducing the redness of the facial skin, gradually reducing the swelling of the facial skin, and giving her the opportunity to speak and smile with those around her directly and naturally.

On October 2, 2025, in the presence of qualified medical personnel specializing in respiratory physiopathology, we treated a patient suffering from neurodegenerative muscle disease to partially replace the nasal mask.
The patient experienced immediate relief thanks to the mechanical pressure of the belt, with benefits visible to the naked eye: less redness on the skin of the face, gradual reduction of swelling caused by the elastic bands of the nasal mask, and a smile on the patient's face as she was able to interact with those around her in a direct and natural way.
